We had such a wonderful experience with Dr Boipelo Tselapedi-Sekeitto, who performed our little girl Amaarah’s grommet insertion and adenoid removal.

From the very beginning, she was incredibly professional, compassionate and reassuring. As a mother, having your little one undergo surgery is an incredibly emotional and stressful experience, and Dr Boipelo showed just as much care and compassion towards me as she did towards Amaarah. She understood my anxiety, reassured me when I needed it most and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. That meant more to me than words can explain ❤️

We were kept informed every step of the way, from the procedure itself to what we could expect, so we never felt left in the dark. Her communication, professionalism and gentle approach made such a difference during a time when emotions were running high.

What stood out the most was the genuine love, care and attention she gave our little girl. As parents, there is nothing more important than knowing your child is in safe hands, and we truly felt that Amaarah was cared for with so much kindness and consideration.

We absolutely love Dr Boipelo! She is not only exceptional at what she does, but she also has the compassion, patience and bedside manner that every parent hopes for when entrusting someone with their child. The way she looked after Amaarah while also being mindful of me as a stressed and emotional mother will always stay with me.

Thank you, Dr Boipelo, for taking such wonderful care of our precious girl and for making an otherwise overwhelming experience so much easier for our family. care, patience and attention to my problem was so much better than I have experienced from a specialist in a while. the Doctor had good knowledge of my problem and a plan to help me. Good job Dr B!

I cannot thank Dr. B enough for the incredible care she provided when my daughter supposedly had a magnet stuck in her nose. From the moment we walked in, Dr. B was not only professional but also incredibly friendly and compassionate. My daughter is usually very scared of doctors, but Dr. B immediately put her at ease. She reassured her that if she ever felt uncomfortable during the procedure, she would stop and take things at a pace that felt right for her.

Dr. B took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable, even engaging with her by asking about the sports she enjoys and her hobbies. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making the experience as positive as possible.

After the endoscopy, Dr. B thoroughly explained what she had found and gave us a short but very insightful biology lesson about the nose, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand, even for someone with no medical background.

We left feeling completely informed and reassured. I’m so grateful for Dr. B’s expertise, compassion, and the way she treated us like family. I Highly recommend Dr B
