The experience from start to finish was truly lovely. The amount of care and kindness shown to me and 86-year-old dad, who I took have the wax removed from his ears, was wonderful and so appreciated The doctor and reception staff all contributed to making our time with them professional yet heart-warming.
Dr. Rumbi was an excellent listener patiently heard me out interrupting. She explained everything to me in a clear and concise manner, and her treatment was gentle and considerate.
