As a first time patient I am very happy with Dr B. I expected to be rescheduled due to being late but the doctor waited for me to arrive. She detailed all procedures that she was doing and was very kind. She was also very keen to solve my problem and I am confident she will assist with it. The rooms are spotless and she sanitises regularly. A huge thank you to the reception ladies too. My experience was much more than I expected. Keep up the good work please

Excellent service indeed, very professional, all procedures are explained thoroughly by Dr Boipelo.She is very good in allaying anxieties especially during a procedure, very gentle with her equipment! Im very happy that shes my ENT , and she knows her story very well. I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist, beatiful , soft spoken and very kind. She explained exactly what am i paying for in detail. Covid protocols mantained all the way, rooms are clean and the place is sanitized after every consultation. Im impressed!!

The service was very good, she is so lovely and friendly, i understood how she explained about my condition to me, and i appreciate her kindness all i can say is thank you so much my doctor, and the practice rooms are so clean the receptionist is so friendly she welcomed me with a warm heart, now am so happy that i have a best ENT doctor around me
