I cannot thank Dr. B enough for the incredible care she provided when my daughter supposedly had a magnet stuck in her nose. From the moment we walked in, Dr. B was not only professional but also incredibly friendly and compassionate. My daughter is usually very scared of doctors, but Dr. B immediately put her at ease. She reassured her that if she ever felt uncomfortable during the procedure, she would stop and take things at a pace that felt right for her.

Dr. B took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable, even engaging with her by asking about the sports she enjoys and her hobbies. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making the experience as positive as possible.

After the endoscopy, Dr. B thoroughly explained what she had found and gave us a short but very insightful biology lesson about the nose, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand, even for someone with no medical background.
